Use of our services is strictly limited to individuals who:

  • Are aged 18 or over, and

  • Are the owner, officer, or Person of Significant Control of a UK-based Home Care Agency.

The Website provides information and access to online courses, hosted on the third-party learning platform LearnWorlds. While we take care to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Fellow Carer is not responsible for any outages, errors, or technical issues caused by LearnWorlds or other third-party providers.

We provide a secure online payment processing system for transactions. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

All content provided on the Website and on our LearnWorlds platform — including but not limited to videos, scripts, graphics, illustrations, logos, and branding — is the property of Fellow Carer Ltd and/or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit any of our materials without prior written permission.

  • Any unauthorised use may result in termination of your account and legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account where we have reason to believe that:

  • Content has been copied, shared, resold, or misused.
