Meet the Instructor

Marc Francis

Marc brings more than 4 decades of healthcare experience to the table having been tragically injured himself when he was a boy. He survived a house fire and spent many years in rehabilitation receiving care from his mother, and this served as his introduction to healthcare.

Then, in 2000, he worked with elderly celebrities which inspired him to write a 260 page novel called 'The Fellow Carer'.

He later went on to work with the spinally injured and now offers his knowledge and insights to agencies around the world who want to leverage the latest technology to take their training and their agencies to the next level!

EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!

At Fellow Carer, we're all about motivation, from the first day of training right through to placement with the client. We believe that a motivated carer is better for your clients and better for your agency.

So, we give carers a chance to make those endorphins pop with a well earned certificate after each module. No need to slog till the end to get the feel-good factor.

Each exam has questions designed to cement the knowledge into their minds with 60 seconds to answer each one, a 70% passing grade and 3 chances to pass.

At Fellow Carer, everyone's a winner!
