Fellow Carer – Founding Partner Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Fellow Carer Founding Partner Program (“the Program”). By applying for and being accepted into the Program, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following:

1. Program Options

1.1 The Program consists of two modes of collaboration:

  • Upfront Investment – a one-time payment securing lifetime access to online Fellow Carer training products.

  • Early Bird Subscription – a recurring monthly subscription securing access to online Fellow Carer training products, with additional benefits contingent upon continued subscription.

2. Scope of Benefits

2.1 Participation in the Program entitles the Participant to free access to Fellow Carer’s online training courses, including those released after the date of enrolment.

2.2 The Program does not include:

  • In-person training courses, workshops, or seminars.

  • Physical products or future product categories outside of online training unless explicitly stated by Fellow Carer.

3. Early Bird Subscription Conditions

3.1 Continued access to future online training courses is contingent upon uninterrupted subscription payments.

3.2 If the subscription is cancelled by the Participant, or if payments fail for any reason:

  • All future access to additional online training courses will cease permanently.

  • The Participant will retain access only to the courses paid for and available during the active subscription period.

  • Re-entry into the Program under the same terms will not be possible.

4. Upfront Investment Conditions

4.1 The Upfront Investment option provides lifetime access to all current and future online training courses produced by Fellow Carer.

4.2 Lifetime access under this option is non-refundable and non-transferable except where Fellow Carer explicitly provides for transfer.

4.3 The offer does not extend to in-person training, consultancy, recruitment services, or other future Fellow Carer products unless specifically included.

5. Program Limitations

5.1 Fellow Carer reserves the right to modify the Program if required by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Legislative or regulatory changes;

  • Company restructuring, acquisition, or insolvency.

5.2 While Fellow Carer commits to producing additional online training courses, no guarantee is made regarding:

  • The number of new courses produced;

  • The timeframe within which new courses will be released.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

6.1 Participation in the Program does not confer:

  • Any rights of ownership or co-creation over Fellow Carer products;

  • Any right to collaborate on product production;

  • Any entitlement to equity, shares, or profit distribution within Fellow Carer.

6.2 All Fellow Carer content, branding, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Fellow Carer.

7. Scope of Licence and Organisational Changes

7.1  The rights granted under this Founding Partner agreement are strictly limited to the original

       contracting agency at the time of enrolment.

7.2  In the event that the agency is acquired, merged, or otherwise brought under the control of

       another organisation, these rights will not automatically transfer to the acquiring organisation.

       Continued access will be subject to Fellow Carer Ltd’s approval and may require a new

       agreement.

7.3  Where the Founding Partner is a larger organisation with multiple offices or branches, access to

       training under this agreement will be deemed to reside at the main office level only. Additional

       offices, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities will not be entitled to access unless separately agreed in

       writing with Fellow Carer Ltd.

7.4  Fellow Carer Ltd reserves the right to terminate or renegotiate access where these conditions are

       breached.

8. General Provisions

8.1   Fellow Carer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice to

       Participants.

8.2 Participation in the Program is subject to acceptance by Fellow Carer, which reserves the right to

      decline applicants at its discretion.

8.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be

       subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
