PASSIVE EXERCISES
10.1 Leg Raises
To begin the module, Tanvi shows trainees how to stretch the back of a client's thigh and exercise their hip joint.

10.3 Knee Flexion
Here, Tanvi shows how to exercise the client's knee and the presentation includes the speed with which to do it.

10.5 Elbow Flex / Extend
Moving on to the elbow, the trainee will learn the benefits of elbow extensions and flexion.

10.2 Ankle Stretches
Continuing with the leg, the presenter shows the trainee how to add flexibility to the client's ankle.

10.4 Shoulder Flex / Extend
Moving on to the arms, Tanvi shows the trainee how to add flexibility to the shoulder joint and the extend to which one should stretch this muscle group.

10.6 Wrist Flex / Extend
Lastly, Tanvi shows the trainee how to add flexibility to a client's wrist.
